Examining the Relationship between Sensation Seeking, Positive and Negative Experiences, Emotional Autonomy and Coping Strategies in Adolescents

The research aims to examine the relationships between sensation seeking and positive negative experience, emotional autonomy, coping strategies in adolescents. study group consisted of 371 adolescents who attended middle high schools; ages ranged from 11 17. 55.7 % participants were female (N=137), 44.3% male (N=109). Data collected via Adolescent Coping Scale (KIDCOPE), Emotional Autonomy Scale, Positive Negative Experiences Short Sensation Seeking Scale. variables analyzed correlational analysis regression analysis. correlation revealed a statistically significant among seeking, active coping, experience. On other hand, avoidant results showed that experience predict yet did not predict.
